Most often there is a heavy emphasis on theory which makes it more appropriate to transfer as the theory requirement than as the equivalent of our R&B. Transferred courses may also cover Area requirements or other electives.

**Old English and Middle English may be taken to fulfill the World Languages requirement and electives or British Lit to the Renaissance area requirement. Other language courses may only be used for the World Languages requirement.
