Here’s a link to 15 of the best-known sonnets of Francesco Petrarch, including both the original Italian version and an English translation of each.  And here’s a link to the Decameron of Boccaccio, a collection of stories offered over ten days by a group of stylish young people passing time in quarantine during a time of plague.
